There are three levels of Wellplan Rewards, the level you are on depends on how long you’ve been an Australian Unity Health member. That is, the longer you’re with us, the more rewards you’ll receive.
Bronze: Health member for up to 5 years
Silver: Health member for between 5 and 15 years
Gold: Health member for over 15 years
