This telephone based program is designed to provide support and coaching for those heatlh insurance members with osteoporosis or at high risk of developing the condition.

Run by Accredited Practising Dietitians while working with your usual doctors, the program will assist you to better manage your care so that you avoid any health complaints.

• 12 month waiting period applies
• You must be diagnosed with osteoporosis or be at risk of developing the condition
