Doctor health checks, for regular good health

Part of a good health regime requires your blood pressure and waistline to be checked and monitored regularly by your GP.

As part of your health insurance, Australian Unity will help you with those visits by giving you up to $150 per person per calendar year on any recognised health check performed by a private practice, where you are unable to claim through Medicare.

Just download a doctor health check form for your GP to complete and then, when you are ready to claim, return the tear off section with your bill and a completed claim form to Australian Unity.

• No waiting period applies
• $150 per person per calendar year when there is no entitlement to benefits from Medicare
• Your GP will be required to complete a health check form
• Available with Hospital, Combination and Extras covers except Overseas Visitors Cover and Care 'n Repair. Benefits may only be claimed under the Hospital cover where a member has both hospital and Extras cover.
