Australian Unity's health coach can provide you with the information you need to make those important changes to your lifestyle so that you can improve your health.
You won't need to do it all on you own. Your health coach will be able to determine your health status, set targeted goals and work with you to overcome any personal barriers that may be holding you back. With the motivational advice and support of an expert, you'll be surprised at what you can achieve.
Australian Unity can help you by paying $45 towards an annual health coaching consultation with any registered health professional such as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, psychologist or dietician as part of your health insurance.
All you need to do is ask your health professional if they offer health coaching services. Your GP or practice nurse may be able to also recommend a health coach for you.
Your health professional will need to complete the health coaching form, which you can download off the website. When claiming, return the tear-off section with your bill and a completed claim form to Australian Unity.
