It's vital that you consult your travel plans with your GP 6 to 8 weeks before you are due to depart. Your GP can determine the correct vaccinations required.

• To claim, you will need to send a copy of the prescription for your travel vaccinations with a completed claim form to Australian Unity.
• No waiting period applies
• $150 per person per year on Comprehensive Extras and Smart Start
• $150 per person up to $300 per family per calendar year for all other Extras and Combination covers excluding Basic Extras
• $100 per person per year on Basic Extras
• A copy of your prescription is required
