Dedicating time to look after your health can be difficult given how busy life can get. My Health Guardian can make a real difference by being available to you whenever you need it, 24 hours a day.
My Health Guardian can help you maintain and improve your health, however fit and healthy you are.
Health management tools available include:
- An online health assessment, so you get a clearer understanding of how healthy you are
- A personal health action plan, so you can monitor your progress towards a healthier you
- Online access to approved health coaches, for guidance and advice on your diet, fitness and lifestyle
- SMS or email reminders, for any health tests you might need
In order to join the My Health Guardian program, you need:
- HCF hospital and/or extras health insurance cover (Ambulance only or HCF Life only products are not eligible)
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Details of you HCF membership and some personal information are required to register
