• Manage your health and wellbeing. Get more from your membership with the latest health and medical articles, special member offers and tools to test how healthy you really are.

What's new?

• Online Claims: Where you have paid the provider in full for the service, you can now claim for selected extras online like dental, optical, physiotherapy and chiropractic. It’s a quick and convenient way for you to claim from home or at work and in many instances you’ll receive payment into your bank account within three business days. Of course claiming is subject to the standard conditions of your cover including waiting periods and limits.
• Tools like our Health and Lifestyle Assessment let you test how healthy you are.
• You can bookmark your favourite articles for easy reference.
• Couples and family memberships can now register for access to our tools and articles.
• You can personalise your login - although you can login with your membership number today, you can change this to an easy-to-remember username if you'd prefer.
