MBF Private Access

MBF Private Access is a telephone based health support service available exclusively to MBF members on selected levels of hospital cover.

The primary focus of MBF Private Access is to provide support for members registered on the following programs:

• MBF Arthritis Management Program
• MBF Asthma Management Program
• MBF Back Pain Management Program
• MBF Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease Management Program
• MBF Congestive Heart Failure Program
• MBF Diabetes Management Program

Registered nurses are available to provide telephone support to members on these programs from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). MBF Private Access is operated by experienced health information provider, ETI Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Mondial Assistance.
