Satisfaction surveys

Peoplecare conducts an annual Member Satisfaction Survey to ensure they keep abreast of members’ views and align products and services to suit their needs. Peoplecare's members have high rates of satisfaction with the fund and their business objective is to have an average satisfaction score of at least 95%.

With the results of the annual Member Satisfaction Survey, Peoplecare develop strategies for dealing with the issues that have been raised to ensure continual improvement of products and services. The results are also fed back with action plans to members, so they know how important their thoughts are.

1,368 of members participated in 2009 Member Satisfaction Survey and 96% of these members indicated they were satisfied with Peoplecare.

Industry Satisfaction Ratings

One of the world’s leading survey-based marketing research firms, IPSOS conduct a Health Care and Insurance survey bi-annually and recently surveyed 5,555 members of different health funds across the country and highlighted Peoplecare as achieving the highest customer service rating ever recorded in the
survey’s history.
