Swipe your Membership Card
The easiest way to claim is by simply swiping your magnetic membership card when you visit one of almost 30,000 health care providers in the Peoplecare national network. They'll pay your benefit straight into your provider’s account and you just pay them the difference. And there’s no need to send in a separate claim!
Claim Online
You can claim online and your benefit is electronically deposited straight into your account. You just hang onto your receipts in case they're required later.
Send in your claim
Claims received by email, post or fax are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Again, the benefits can be paid straight into your account so there’s no waiting for cheques to be cleared.
