Total Health Assessment provides you with a quick and simple way to take an important step towards your health. Once you have completed your Total Health Assessment, you will be provided instantly with a personal health report. The report will give you a better understanding of your health status, and depending on your results, a Total Health consultant may contact you to offer support in setting a personal health goal.
To complete you Total Health Assessment, you need to be an ahm member and log in through the ahm Member Services area.
