Total Health for Pregnancy

Looking after you and your baby

ahm's Total Health for Pregnancy program can provide you with help and support all the way through to your baby's first birthday.
By enrolling in the pregnancy program, you will be provided with the following services:

• regular contact from an experienced midwife
• a phone-in service to out midwives to answer any of you your questions
• an email service to our midwives
• a range of comprehensive books on pregnancy and birth

• invaluable information and online tools available to you at any time, day or night.

Am I eligible?

You can enrol on the Total Health for Pregnancy Program if you:

• are pregnant
• have Hospital Cover (with or without a co-payment) with ahm. This means Hospital Cover, Hospital Cover Level 5 or Hospital Cover Level 8.
• have served your 12 month waiting period.
• online Pregnancy Centre

To access the online pregnancy centre, you need to be an ahm health insurance member and log in through the ahm Member Services area. The online pregnancy centre contains a lot of information on what you can expect during your pregnancy, birth and looking after your baby. There's also a due date calculator.
