AUSTRALIA'S only listed health insurer, NIB, has rejected an unsolicited, incomplete takeover offer valuing the company at up to $621.44 million.
NIB, which is Australia's fifth largest health insurer, said the non-binding proposal from the un-named third party valued NIB between $1.15 and $1.20 per share.
