Switching funds is simple

It's easy to transfer from one Australian private health insurance fund to another - just switch within one month of stopping your previous health insurance policy. Full waiting periods may need to be met before any new or higher level conditions on your new health insurance policy take effect.

If you apply online with us:

• your new private health insurance fund will take care of the transfer
• you will not have additional waiting periods for a similar level of cover
• your Lifetime Health Cover loading will not be affected as long as you retain hospital cover when switching.
